Misha specializes in coaching people whose running has been derailed or thwarted by injury. This applies to former runners who ran either recreationally or competitively for years injury free and now are plagued with pain either during or after running. Contrary to popular misconceptions, recent science tells us that as we age the benefits we of running actually increase. Older runners have stronger knees and joints, fewer bone fractures (I used running to reverse my osteoporosis), longer life expectancy, and a dramatically reduction in age related cognitive decline. It is not age that stops us from running, it is running that stops us from aging.
